Le spectro-goniomètre MONOX (http://dx.doi.org/10.1051/epjap:2005047; http://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/hal-01179271) de la plateforme "Réflectométrie et Spectroscopie X" est de nouveau opérationnel. Il permet de faire des mesures de réflectivité dans le domaine des rayons X mous, sur des films minces nanométriques. Ci-dessous, voici l'analyse d'une multicouche périodique Mo/B4C de 7 nm de période environ, faite à une énergie de photons de 930 eV et sur un domaine angulaire de 20°. Il est possible de mesurer des réflectances inférieures à 0,1%.
The MONOX spectro-goniometer (http://dx.doi.org/10.1051/epjap:2005047; http://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/hal-01179271) is working. It allows measuring reflectivity in the soft x-ray range, on nanometer-thick thin films. Below is the analysis of a Mo/B4C multilayer, 7 nm period, made with 930 eV photons and on a 20° wide angular range. It is possible to measure reflectances below 0.1%.
